请逐步按如下顺序检查：1、水晶头是否正确的打好，（重新按正确方法打水晶头）2、检查交换机是否故障，（更换交换机）3、网线的选择是否符合标准，（正确选择优质符合标准的网线）4、镜头跟交换机的距离是否过远。（加装中续器）

断网，直接把网线接一台交换机，其他不接任何设备，只接硬盘录像机，应该没事。如果还不行再来问我，我一定帮你搞定。

如果是就这一台硬盘录像机那就是录像机的网口或是芯片主板坏了，如果其他的所有录像机都这样是绝对不可能的，按我说的找一台新交换机，一条新网线，只接一台硬盘录像机，如果还这样就是市电有问题，绝对不会发生你说的事。
有冲突，改一下IP，不行就直接送售后，或者让海康给你发一个升级包，不是硬件问题的话，刷个机就会好的。
LZ解决了吗？我的也是这样，而且换过主板了，电源适配器也换过了。内网做了ARP绑定，不会存在IP冲突问题。拔了网线就没事
是DVR还是NVR,估计是ip地址有冲突。
楼主解决了吗？我也是这个问题。新的硬盘录像机换了两台了都是这个情况。应该不是录像机的原因了
解答1：问题已经解决，之前是3.4.95版本客服发了一个3.4.93版本升级了一下问题解决了不掉线了。解答2：又或者将监控机中的mtu1500设置为1280关闭upnq,我的已解决，你们有要的可试试，我的机器是DS-7816N-SN

下面的2位有没有做过安防，乱说。你这个原因主要有以下几个方面导致的：1；IP冲突，检查下摄像头IP是不是都是同一个IP地址，如果冲突就修改下摄像头IP。2：通道IP重复，在海康录像机---配置----IP通道。直接手动添加，每个通道添加一个IP，每个通道的IP都不可以重复。检查下以上2点就可以找到故障。

你可以到电脑把硬盘分几个区试试。

正常应该显示三个画面
但现在就显示一个画面
而三个头全在这一个画面里循环显示

就是不分开三个画面显示

答：一根网线不能连接两个摄像机。这样子使用，网络信号衰减会比较严重，摄像机可能会出现掉线、录像卡顿等问题。
2、录像机上接的摄像机经常掉线
答：可能有三个原因：
1）、摄像头供电不稳定常在夜间掉线；
2）、网络线路问题，交换机交换性能不足；
3）、摄像头故障，建议您可以通过交叉实验的方式排查。就是把正常的摄像头接线和不正常的换一下，来确定问题所在。
3.注册了萤石云的手机号码能注销吗？
答：您好，已经注册的手机号码，不支持注销。如果您想换一个手机号码使用，可以将设备从原账号下删除，然后使用新账号添加即可。
4、添加摄像机显示网络带宽不足怎么办？
答：您好，是摄像机的接入带宽总和已经超过了录像机的接入带宽数值。建议降低录像机的码率上限数值，调整路径录像机“主菜单-录像配置-编码参数，码率上限数值”，每个通道都需要降低。
5、设备的初始用户名，密码是多少？
答：海康录像机跟摄像机的用户名均为admin,密码您可以尝试输入12345，如果提示不正确，那么就是您初次使用设备时设置的激活密码。如果密码忘记，请回复[恢复密码]，会有如何恢复密码的操作指导。
萤石摄像机跟录像机的初始用户名是admin，如果没有激活过，那么密码是设备标签上的六位大写英文字母，如果激活了，那么密码就是激活时设置的密码。
6、海康录像机搜不到摄像机
答：如果是海康摄像机，不知道摄像机的IP地址，可以下载SADP软件，搜索到摄像机的IP地址，然后再在录像机里自定义添加，输入摄像头的密码进行添加，
如果是第三方厂家的，请跟摄像机厂家确认下有无软件能搜索到摄像机的IP地址，确认摄像机的IP地址之后，在录像机里自定义添加，输入摄像机的IP地址，用户名，管理员密码是摄像机的密码。
7、录像机密码重置后，怎么添加之前的摄像机？
答：您好，您是否记得您摄像机的密码，如果记得：点击自定义添加按钮添加，添加的时候需手动输入摄像机的激活密码。如果摄像机密码忘记了，请回复“密码回复”获取详细指导。
8、海康的录像机怎么与无线摄像机链接？
答：您好，需要将无线摄像机的IP地址设置成跟录像机的IP地址在一个网段，接下来的操作步骤跟添加网线连接摄像机的步骤是一样的。回复“摄像机无线配置”、“录像机如何添加摄像机”可以获取更多信息。
9、录像机和摄像机能设置在不同网段吗？
答：如果两个网段之间是互通的，录像机是可以添加摄像机的。
