英国WRAS认证说明:WRAS
WRAS认证简介
　　WRAS(Water Research Advisory Scheme)认证是指水务法规咨询计划，RAS由英国WRc-NSF管理和颁发的英国饮用水安全方面的认证。WRc-NSF及KIWA-UK是WRAS认可且UKAS正式认可的实验室!
　　水务法规咨询计划（WRAS）是英国水工业的认证计划，由此计划认可的产品显示了它符合1999年供水系统（水配件）的法规和其修订版的要求。
　　计划的主要目标是避免水的：浪费 误用 滥用 不当的消费，不正确度量或[1]污染物
　　此项认证是通往英国市场的必须许可，虽非强制，但已是惯例，大凡水公司在提供水源时必需验收的手续之一是查看是否有符合相关标准要求的认证，WRAS的认可是最有说服力的证明,没有的将没有供水资格。
　　WRAS认证内容
　　WRAS认证内容包括材料认证和产品认证。
　　1．材料认证
　　材料认证的测试范围包括：水暖管、水龙头、阀门部件、橡胶制品、塑料等所有与水接触的材料料，可能用于制造有关设备的材料都必须符合英国BS6920或 BS5750 PART的标准。
　　如果非金属材料符合BS6920：2000（通过非金属的产品对水质的影响看其接触人使用的水适用性）的标准的要求，他们可以被WRAS认证通过。
　　材料测试，WRAS要求的测试如下：
　　A．与接触材料的水的气味和口味不会有所改变
　　B．与材料接触水的外观不会有所改变
　　C．不会导致水生微生物的生长滋生
　　D．有毒金属的不会析出
　　E．不会含有或折释影响公众健康的物质
　　要求材料测试必须通过认证，否则无法在整体产品中进行机械测试。通过水准鉴定的产品，可以使要求产品具备有关规范的客户确信有关产品不会造成自来水耗损、滥用、不正当使用或污染―水法规的四项规定。
　　通过认证列名的公司，每五年WRC-NSF对产品的材料必须开展审核测试
　　2．产品认证
　　产品机械性能根据产品类型按照多种欧洲和英国标准以及管理当局规范进行测试。
　　位于英国威尔士的WRC-NSF评估和测试中心在管件产品方面是WRAS认证的最大测试室。
　　WRC-NSF或KIWA-UK测试水的管配件来证明它们符合国际性标准，这些标准是为给水工业所承认和认可的。
　　这些产品有：水龙头和混合器，管，卫生器具，水表，防逆流装置，流量计，阀和水桶，还有诸如洗衣机和洗碗机，车辆清洗设备等器具

WRAS认证WRAS认证是通往英国市场的必须许可，虽非强制，但已成惯例，大凡水公司在提供水源时必需验收的手续之一是查看是否有符合相关标准要求的认证，WRAS认证的认可是最有说服力的证明,没有此认证的将没有供水资格。　　凡是通过有关水准鉴定的各项自来水设备、塑胶管道和用具都会得到一个唯一的参考编号，并会获颁发证书，证明已通过有关鉴定；有关编号会被列入自来水设备及用料目录（Water Fittings and Materials Directory）内。&WRAS认证测试内容&1 材料测试& & & 认证的测试范围包括：水暖管、水龙头、阀门部件、橡胶制品、塑料等所有和食水接触的用料和可能用于制造有关设备的材料都必须符合英国BS6920的标准，以确保食水的味道和颜色不会有所改变，不会导致微生物滋生，有毒金属不会被折释出来，以及不会含有或折释出其他有碍健康的物质。要求材料实验必须通过证明，否则无法在整体产品中进行物理实验。通过水准鉴定的产品，可以使要求产品具备有关规格的客户确信有关产品不会造成自来水耗损、滥用、不正当使用或污染。&& & & 如果非金属材料符合BS（通过非金属的产品对水质的影响看其接触人使用的水适用性）标准的要求，他们可以被WRAS认证通过。&& & & 实验从以下五个方面评估材料对水质的影响：气味、颜色和浊度、金属的析出、毒性物质的析出、促使微生物生长的因素。&& & & 水暖管和水龙头等产品均须通过机械和材料实验，(在英国WRc-NSF实验室 )某些部件必须有材料实验通过证明，否则无法在整体产品中进行物理实验。&& & & 通过WRAS认证的公司，每五年WRC-NSF对产品的材料开展审核测试！&2 产品测试& & & 产品测试是根据产品类型按照英国标准规范进行测试。WRc-nsf测试水的管配件以证明产品符合相关国际性标准，而这些标准是被给水工业承认和认可的。&& & & 这些产品包括：水龙头和混合器，管，卫生器具，水表，流量计和水桶，车辆清洗设备等。&& & & 测试配件以确定它们不会：损坏（包括泄漏）、误用、使用不当、污染给水。&& & & 我公司可以为国内需做认证的厂家提供帮助，内容包括：认证标准的提供，过程解释，相关费用报价，试验样品的指导，实验室联系，5年一次证书后续申请服务等。以及关于如何申请材料实验、准备样品、确定样品规格、类型等。
