发短信提醒用户尽快办理实名制已经不是一天两天的了，不办理就将被停机的传闻也是一直都有。现在，又有移动用户收到新的提醒短信，要求尚未实名登记的，在收到短信当日至日期间，办理实名补登记。而且，短信进一步提醒称：“根据国家法律法规，对于未实名号码，将实施业务办理限制直至暂停通信服务。”就此联系移动客服，得到的答复如下：其一，该短信确实为移动发送，并要求用户办理实名补登记，虽无具体强制时间要求、惩罚措施，但未来极有可能被强制停机；其二，倘若被强制停机，用户需前往移动营业厅补办实名登记，提供身份证和客服密码；其三，对于信息出现泄露情况，客服人员并未给出补救、补偿措施和方案，但用户可以前往营业厅注销号码。联通和电信方面的回应大体相似，不过一位联通客服明确表示，根据国家法律，联通已经开始批量暂停未实名用户的业务。其实早在今年5月，已经有移动用户收到类似的短信，而根据工信部《电话用户真实身份信息登记规定》第二十条规定：电信业务经营者应当通过电话、短信息、书面函件或者公告等形式告知用户并采取便利措施，为本规定施行前尚未提供真实身份信息或者所提供身份信息不全的电话用户补办登记手续。虽然看起来短期内还不会强制给未办理实名制的用户停机，但施加的限制必然会越来越多，严重影响此类用户的通信、上网，所以还是尽快去办理了吧，拖着也是没用的。点击下一页查看更多中国移动相关新闻&&抗衡移动 联通/电信合作将推共享流量抗衡移动 联通/电信合作将推共享流量联通、电信想要靠一己之力扳倒移动，是不太现实的事情，毕竟落后太多，为了逆袭，两者选择联盟共同发力，并希望能够在4G上与移动分庭抗礼。之前有消息称，联通和电信将共享4G基站，从而实现网络资源的共享，而在这之前，两家公司的掌门人刚刚互调，王晓初进入联通，而常小兵回到电信。在今天的发布会上，联通掌门人王晓初表示，联通将集中资源全面投向4G，推进与其他友商的网络资源共享计划以迅速扩大4G网络覆盖，在终端方面将全面聚焦4G，在中高端市场坚持全网通制式，推进高清语音、VoWiFi和VoLTE的商用以改善通话体验。联通4G发展过慢，很大一部分原因是，当时太倚重WCDMA网络，现在整合资源后，将所有的重心放在4G和4G+上，而电信也是如此，双放都希望通过FDD LTE+TD-LTE双4G的优势，狠狠的狙击中国移动。据了解，王晓初所说的“推进与其他友商的网络资源共享计划”指的是与此前被曝光的与中国电信在4G网络建设领域深度合作的共享计划，将与中国电信在现有共建共享基础上，开展网络建设领域的深度合作，以节约投资、提升效率。联通表示，2015年底将开通VoLTE，首批6个城市的试商用，而VoWiFi则以WiFi网络为基础，通过4G与WiFi的无缝切换，解决室内覆盖问题。在产品方面，据中国联通市场经营部总经理韦秀长介绍，他们在共享套餐的基础上推出了4G主副卡套餐，主副卡之间共享套餐内的语音、数据流量等资源，并且主副卡间本地通话免费。对于移动来说，他们收购铁通取得固网牌照，则是向联通和电信的还击....
