& && & 文章的目的只是为了说明6和6S是支持VOLTE的，和VOLTE并不是双方都有才能用，而且VOLTE是否能使用在于苹果。只是为了纠正论坛上有些人的观念而已。
& && &&&教程就是说如何才能刷而已，并没有IPCC文件，可能让很多人失望，特此声明。& && && && && & 因为苹果都认为目前移动的VOLTE不到商用水平，又怎么会让测试版的IPCC文件流出，个人是没有办法搞到，只能通过修改运营商文件来尝试，如果有兴趣的朋友可以试一下。现在最重要的问题是有些参数，尤其是VOLTE的SIP服务器设置不能确认是否正确。
& && & 这是原创版权，请转载的能标记一下，不要搞得有人认为我是抄袭的，这就不好了。& && && && & 我看了下，网易在我发了三天后转了，但有明确说明是XXY4分享的。
& &首先要搞清楚这个问题：
&&1、6S和6都是支持VOLTE的，但6可能IOS9以上才能完全正常使用，因为这个版本后的基带才支持TDD的eSRVCC；
&&2、现有9.0以上版本都支持VOLTE，没有说要等专门的什么软件，也与港货行货无关，就是一个运营商文件，苹果就可以让中国移动网络用户使用VOLTE功能。很简单的道理，港货国行硬件都是一样的，刷的是同一个固件，港货支持，行货当然也支持了，我用过国行的手机在香港使用香港卡的VOLTE。
&&3、如何看手机是否支持VOLTE，真正看手机是否支持，只要你的手机有任一运营商的文件是支持VOLTE的就说明你手机就支持，所以那些期待5S或IPAD以后支持VOLTE的就不用想了，不可能通过修改运营商文件能实现，以前的4G能实现是因为5S及IPAD其它运营商上有这个；
&&4、VOLTE不需要双方手机都支持，看到很多人说要双方支持才能用，那个是高清视频电话VOLTE的使用，但最常用的是打高清语音电话，这个是不需要对方也使用VOLTE的，这是与QQ类语音电话不同的地方。VOLTE最常用的就是在4G上打话音电话。
&&5、VOLTE能否使用是苹果说了算，很多人说中国移动版本才能用，或者是需要移动同意才可以，事实是相反，没有一个运营商不看苹果的脸色，移动一直希望苹果尽快放开让移动用户能使用VOLTE，但是苹果不同意，要求网络感知要达到要求才能用，所以苹果自行在各大城市测试VOLTE，测试有问题直接让移动跟进解决，到苹果评估没问题才会推送IPCC文件支持；
现在苹果测试中的手机都是9.02左右的版本，如果你的手机是9.02版，越狱后安装能修改运营商文件的插件，把苹果的未授权IPCC更新，你的手机就能使用VOLTE了。开通后你的手机开通4G就成了这样，（中国移动和中国联通都在测试VOLTE）：

我以为中国联通的普通用户都已经能使用VOLTE了，实际联通就不是所有的4G基站都开通VOLTE功能，中国联通的情况是苹果可以让联通用户使用，但联通的网络并不是全部开通。因为联通FDD的VOLTE在全球都已经成熟使用了，所以苹果可以给联通用户使用。之前推送给联通最新的运营商文件已经有了VOLTE的菜单，但没看到具体配置，需要实际验证才能确定是否联通已经可以使用。广州深圳的联通网络已经开通，这里的朋友更新最新运营商文件可以验证下。
中国移动的情况是全部4G基站都已经开通VOLTE，但苹果还不给中国移动用户使用，因为TDD的VOLTE苹果怕感知不好，要测试通过确认用户感知不差才给用。
