内置离合器分泵赛马车友的福音！拆解安装照片！ 早期02年03年的赛马离合器分泵都是内置的，很多车友因为这个内置离合器分泵伤透了心，为什么这?样说呢，因为一旦这个泵坏了，基本上都买不到日本进口的了，因为市场上几乎已经绝迹了。现在市场上?卖的内置离合器分泵都是“三无”产品，说白了，就是不知道是哪里生产的，有的说是台湾生产的有的说?是广州生产的，但是具体哪里生产的卖配件的也说不出来，质量就可想而知了，买这些内置分泵也就只能?拼运气和人品了，如果运气好可以用一两年，如果运气差，可能装上不到一个月就挂了。而且这些“三?无”分泵做工外观都非常粗糙，没有质保。有的车友看到我这里也有这些杂牌分泵，就问我这个泵能用多?久，我也就只能说看运气了，我无法给车友承诺能用多久，这个让我感觉非常的纠结，有的车友拿回去不?到一个月坏了让我觉得非常的愧疚。因为如果就是能换货的话，拆一次变速箱也是非常非常的麻烦的，时?间基本都要一天，费工费力，如果换回去没用多久又坏了那真的是要折腾死人了。有的内置泵的车友无奈?对这个内置泵进行了改装，把内置泵改成了外置的，但是改装起来也是非常麻烦的，需要更换变速箱外?壳，价格很贵不说，还要彻底拆散变速箱，而且改过外置泵后发现离合怎么变的那么重了！！其实这个内?置泵小鬼子设计也是有它的道理的，内置泵的赛马离合器踏板都非常的轻，我可以说是我开过手挡里最轻?的离合器，很舒适。???????但是上个月，我的内置分泵也挂了，让我伤心不止，我很不甘心换上那些“三无”内置分泵，也许用?一年，也许半年，也许一个月，也许几天。我去郑州几个大型配件市场寻觅，希望能在一个偏?僻的小哈飞配件店里找到只积压遗忘的进口分泵，逛了一天，最后还是一次次失望！！，站在?配件市场大门口，我突然想起之前路过的一家卖轴承的店，虽然和这个分泵好像没多大联系，但是我还是?抱着试试看的想法去看看。到了轴承店，拿着坏的分泵给老板问他有这个分泵吗？老板说有啊！我说你赶?紧拿给我看看，老板让伙计去库房楼上拿下来，伙计拿出来的瞬间我就远远的看到一个熟悉的标志HZY的?，哈哈！拿近一看，真的是HZY，太熟悉了，法国进口的啊，打开一看，做工太精致了，绝?非那些“三无”分泵能比的，问了一下质保，还有三个月的质保，呵呵，装着很淡定，问了价格，虽然贵?点，但是还能接受，如获至宝拿着赶紧回去装车啦，呵呵。下面上图给车友看看，以后...&&&&&&哈飞赛马空调A/C开关

自己动手更换空调泵头电磁离合器，多图。
前几天开公司的小三出去办事突然没有了，打开看到空调泵头电磁没吸合，因为是突然没有空调应该可以排除漏氟造成系统压力过低引起的泵头不吸合，开到四儿子那他们说换，加材料、工时将近4000元，自己估计应该是泵头线圈损坏，决定自己动手排除。手机拍照清洗度有限各位童鞋将就着看，一个人施工加拍照拆完约一个小时，配件到了装好大约半小时。
& &&&首先测量泵头供电是否正常，确定是否泵头损坏。

拔下泵头插头测量供电是否正常，经检测发现拔下插头发车供电正常，一插上泵头电磁离合器可以吸合，但马上跳开，再测电压只有2V左右。

测量电磁线圈阻值为2欧左右，正常应该为4欧左右，明显不正常。

插上泵头后不供电的原因可能是控制电路带不起负荷，也可能是泵头电流过大而保护，为了控制电路供电正常，找来21W雾灯灯泡，接在供电电路上，经检测灯泡能持续点亮，说明供电正常，不供电的原因是泵头电流过大而进入保护状态。

新线圈按拆解相反程序装回，装车实况图，新泵头比就泵头高，本来准备加垫片调整压盘和皮带盘的间隙，安装后发现间隙刚刚好不用调整。
本来准备只换线圈的，但是发现网上单独卖线圈的高度都比原车的高，由于担心装不上才买了总成，经过现场对比没有这个担心的必要，因为可以加减垫片调整间隙。
